question on ibuprofen overdose?

i took 5 advil yesterday, and 4 today during lunch.


i am 6'3'' and about 180 pounds. i took the 4 10 hours ago. i read the bottle and it said take max 6 within 24 hours. i haven't felt any symptons or anything, am i going to be okay?
let me clarify.

yesterday on the 3rd

i took 5 over the course of the day

including maybe 3 in the afternoon

today, on the 4th

i took 4

thats 7 at least already. but yeah its been 10 hours i think im fine.

You should be fine, but don't make a habit out of it. Ibuprofen is hard on your kidneys, so you should drink extra water. If you are hurting bad, try 3 ibus and 2 acetaminophen. It usually works for me. Ibuprofen cuts down the inflammation, and the acetaminophen ups your pain tolerance.
