It's very similar to this drug Volsaid Retard which also have 75 mg of Diclifenac sodium. The "retard" part is just pretty much similar to the "extended release" or "sustained release" types drugs wherein there's a substance, usually an enteric coating, which delays the onset of action of the drug. So if the non-retard type of the drug starts acting at arounf 1 or 2 hours from taking the drug, the retard type would act after 4-6 hours.
