Is there a risk of combining these two drugs Xanax and Celexa?

There aren't any documented interactions between the two drugs. I'm not sure what you're using them for, but drugs like Celexa and Xanax are used together to treat anxiety disorders. The antidepressant also helps with anxiety but takes a while to start working, so the benzodiazepine is used to help with anxiety immediately. The only thing I can think of is that Celexa could cause some drowsiness and the Xanax would add to that, so just see how you react to the two before driving or anything like that.

IF your Doctor prescribed them to you, then I would think it would be okay. For some reason, I get the impression that you are asking because you may be getting them from a different source. If that is the case it isn't a good idea to take or mix anything unless a practicing Physician gives them to you. What might be okay for one person, may not be okay for another.
