I have a migraine and I'm on the verge of having an anxiety attack, can I still take my Lorazepam

My doctor prescribed me Lorazepam for my anxiety but I have a migraine. So, is it safe to take it while I have a migraine?

Lorazepam has no effect on migraines-it is okay to take it if you need it for your anxiety but it won't do anything to help your migraine.
