Can i take xanax after i go to work out

I'm a 23 year old and i had several panic (anxiety) attacks, my doctor prescribed me "xanax" yesterday, I go work out everyday, but i'm wondering if i can take it after my work out is done!? I need advice please,

Take it as your doctor prescribed, anytime is fine. Just be careful if you're driving since it tends to make people sleepy until they get a bit used to it.

xanax is great for working out man small doses keep your muscles in a building state thats why so many bodybuilders take xanax, I shit you not look it up on google.

Yes, its completely fine. Obviously don't take it before working out or driving home as it can cause slight impariment in motor skills.

There are no studies on taking xanax AFTER exercise or a strenuous activity. I agree with dweezy, it may be fine to take it after, but not before exercise.
