Hi --
The only bars I know are 2 millgrams, and have 3 "scoring" marks so you can separate them into 4 pieces of 1mg each. This could be a way to save money if 1 mg's tablets are cheaper than the 2mg bars -- just buy the bars and chop them up into 1mg pieces.
But I am digressing: You obviously have counterfeit Xanax bars. I hear there are a lot of counterfeit drugs being sold on-line via mail order, and sometimes it's even in what looks like the manufacturers bubble packs. That's undoubtedly what happened to you.
A quick look through the Physician's Desk Reference I see oval ones -- 0.25, 0.5, and 1.0 and the bar is 2.0mg. I would suspect that all manufacturers, generic or otherwise, follow this convention. Saying the bars were "50$" more sounds like he might have just been comparing the 1mg oval shaped pills against the 2mg bars.
In summary, I don't think you'll even find 2mg pills that aren't bars, plus these assholes have ripped you off once, so why would you give them any more of your money. I'd write and say you got fake pills and what are they prepared to do about it. What was the pharmacy? That is THE MAIN REASON for this group: To get reviews on on-line pharmacies, and it sounds like yours should get a big black mark. Unless of course THEY didn't know the pills were fake (They can come from a bogus wholesaler in packaging that looks legit. See what they say! Don't give them any more money though! LOL OH, and PLEASE PLEASE tell us the name of the on-line pharmacy.
Thanks,
Greg
