Can anybody tell me ALL of the medical uses of ketamine?

i know it is sometimes used as an anesthetic.

but does anyone know ALL of the documented medical uses of ketamine both as an anesthetic as well as other uses?

and PLEASE give a link to where all the info can be found. thanks.

It is used on crash carts at most hospitals and has been used on combat fields since the Vietnam conflict. It is used in low doses for pain control and is currently in several FDA drug trials. Due to all the ravers abusing it in the 90's the FDA raised the schedule from 4 to 3 and now those of us that know the plus side of this med have a hard time getting approval for new uses. Ketamine is safe when used by a PROFESSIONAL such as a Dr. or anesthesiologist. There are several new meds in clinical studies right now that will be released soon.
