Pretend to your local drug dealers that you want to stick it up your nose. You can secretly do research science on it instead. Fool your sources into thinking you have been taking the stuff by acting strange and talking too much and too loud when you are around them.
Since this is an prescription drug, I doubt if someone can give you ketamine legally. If the "research" is for a thesis or a project, you may want to ask permission from a professor to help you out by giving a permit or letter to a doctor, allowing you access to a small amount of ketamine, although I doubt the ease and probability of doing this.
