Prento is on a distinguished road
I have been on seroquel 400mg and zopiclone at night. I have now been prescribed seroquel xl 600mg.help please
They only come in a 200mg and 400mg tablet and the doctor has advised me to take them both at night. After reading online about the drug I am concerned about the dosage. Most posts say you should start of on a lower dose and increase it. Any advice would be most appreciated. Thanks! Also I am not sure what time to take it at, I also have type 1 brittle diabetes.

Since your doctor knows your medical history, he may have found it a need to increase your dosage of seroquel from 400 to 600mg. Don't worry about it. Remember, each individual responds differently to medications. However, should you experience symptoms that are life threatening, such as weakness, numbness, severe headaches, etc or even just out of the ordinary, tell your doctor about it so he can adjust your dosage accordingly.

On the time to take it, there is no exact time to do it. Just make sure that you take it around the same time everyday so as to not miss a dose and keep levels of the medication uniform in the body.

Hope this helps!
