Is it a big deal if the recommended dose of Penicillin is every 6 hours but I take it after 5 hours
I wanna go to sleep

no big deal. The idea is to build up and keep a fairly steady level in your blood to help fight the infection.

It is important to finish all the pills according to the doctors instruction. If you quit too soon there may be some of the germs that survive and build up their own immunity to the drug. Then the next time you or someone else gets sick the medicine will not work.
