Hey!!! is on a distinguished road
Is Vancomycin-resistant enterococci (VRE) the same as Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA)

No. They are separate organisms with different antibiotic sensitivities.
Don't nurses have to take microbiology?

No. As posted above, they're different organisms and have different antibiotic sensitivities (most MRSA are sensitive to vancomycin).

But VRE are treated with the same drugs as VRSA.
