Took azithromycin single dose to treat chlamydia!

I took 4 pills at once on monday around 3p.m my bf did as well. The doc said to wait 7 days to have sex but we had sex after 5 days. Without protection! Was 5 days enough to get rid of the infection?

Get a second test. This is done once you've taken all of your antibiotics. The second test is to ensure that the chlamydia infection is gone.
