Just wondering if anyone's ever had a reaction to a zpack that included achiness (symptom liver not processing it correctly I think). It was my first time to take it and after 2 days I began to have bad body aches but no fever. It does say it in the fine fine fine print but the pharmacist acted like it was a stupid question when I asked her.
Pain in general has been reported as post-marketing experience with zithromax. You can try and bear with the pain (if it's tolerable) for the time you are supposed to take this drug or ask your doctor what's the best way to manage this side effect.
