Can i smoke weed and drink alcohol while taking Azithromycin for strep throat? (part 2)

OK, i know that weed and alchohol are obviously bad for you in general, but if i were to smoke it, or drink alcohol while taking Azithromycin will there be any problems/serious side efffects? ie. death, or have to be rushed to the hospital, etc? or will i be fine? Don't be a smartass just help me out please. (read the first question i asked if you havent already because its more detailed)

you're generally not supposed to mix alcohol and pills. the weed shouldn't have an effect on you with the pill. but alcohol might. nothing too serious though, i've done it. and clearly, i'm still alive.

alcohol neutralizes any benefit you may recieve from any antibiotic. So either don't drink or don't take the antibiotic.
