I have Helicobacter pylori and i have been given Triple Therapy HP PAC (PREVACID AMOXICILLIN C LARITHROMYCIN)

After I am done taking all these tablets will i be cured and won't have this bacteria ever again and no problems in the future , like i read something on wikipedia and it says it can lead to stomach cancer. If i take all these tablets ( 4 in the morning and 4 at night) for the next 7 days will i be cured.

How did i get this bacteria?

the doctor said its nothing serious i just needa take this medication.

but now i'm reading online that it may lead to stomach cancer and i do not want that!

However whatever has caused your infection, that just means that the heliobacter is present in bigger amounts within your GI tract, or is inhabiting a part of your GI tract that it normally does not. Do not worry, the antibiotics will treat your infection.
