i have a headache and i was wondering if i could take advil if im using azithromycin and 2day was my last day

Why don't you call the number on the bottle and ask instead of asking a bunch of strangers who could just tell you the wrong thing and seriously injure or kill you?

There's no known adverse interaction between advil (ibuprofen) & azithromycin. Just make sure that analgesics are only taken as necessary.
