is amoxicillin tr-k clv 875-125 mg tasan same as augmentin 875-125 tab gsk
my husband was diagnosed w/septecemia and the organism in his blood is sensitive to augmentin but the med the pharmacy gave was amoxicillin w/c accdg to the parmacist is the generic ... thanks

Pretty much yes. Augmentin, or co-amoxiclav, is simply a combination of amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. It is basically more effective amoxicillin.

Augmentin may have amoxicillin but you cannot replace Augmentin with generic amoxicillin.

As for Amoxicillin tr-k clv 875-125 mg, yes it is the same as Augmentin 875/125mg.
