tetracycline and midol?

would the tetracycline still work if i take midol too?

i just got my period and i will get really sick tomorrow morning if i don't take midol. but i'm also supposed to take tetracycline for my acne because its gotten bad.

you are supposed to take tetracycline on an empty stomach for it to really work

if i take midol with it would it effect the tetracycline in any way?
