Tetracycline Eye Ointment For Cat - Side Effects
Our new little furry friend has an eye infection and is on the tetracyline eye ointment. I notice that after I put it in her eye and rub it a little, the whole area around they eye gets red. After a while the redness starts to go away but when I put the ointment back in, it gets red again. Is that normal with the ointment? Last night she also started trying to wipe it off, which in turn spread it even more. I just wanted to see if anyone else found that they area around the eye got red with this ointment.
