I am taking erythromycin antibiotics and it hurts my belly and makes me loose appetite and almost puke but
when I take it I eat? HELP!

I had the same reaction as did my niece it is a slight allergy. I still can't take them, you need to ask for an alternate medication.

Stomach pain, nausea and vomiting are some of the serious side effects of erythromycin. You are advised to see the doctor immediately if these symptoms worsen or won't go away.
