What is Penicillin? Stimulant or Depressant?

Is Penicillin a Stimulant, a Depressant or something else?
I KNOW IT IS A ANTI-BIOTIC!!!! But is it a stimulant or a depressant?
Someone Please Help!!!

Uh..Its an antibiotic. I take it all the time when I am sick and I never feel any type of side effect. I just feel pretty crappy from my cold but nothing other than that.

Neither, moron! It is an antibiotic. Not a stimulant or a Depressant. Get over it.

Penicillin does NOT work like that! It would have to agonize or antagonize receptors in the nervous system to be a stimulant or depressant, it does neither!

double check with your teacher, this would not be the first typo you find in your books over the years, you know!

It is Anti-Biotic...treatment of bacterial infections and whatnot =P
