as far as i know, its safe to smoke pot while on any prescribed medication. If the medication is a pain killer or anti anxiety it is going to get stronger, and it might be a little too much for you considering you guys are so young (i can tell). But unless oxcarbazepine is an MAOI (i'm not sure but the person taking it would know, the doctor has to tell them) you will have no problem. If it is an MAOI you might get sick, but no damage really.
