Does Abilify and/or Effexor XR negatively affect one's ability to think

because since i've been on these meds i've noticed my ability to speak fluently or recall appropriate terms has been affected along with my ability to think critically which makes schoolwork difficult. i should mention i'm also taking Ativan and Cogentin (for side effects of Abilify)

You will find this written in older pharmacology texts, but the psych drug industry has influenced the newer texts to leave this out.

Pharmacology in pharmacy or medical school now is just as much marketing misinformation as actual science.

The sad thing is so many professionals come out of school really believing what really is a lot of crap.

Continuing Education articles are even worse.
