should i take an antidepressant?
i hear good things about them and bad things....so i dont know if i should take that leap or just keep trying natural ways that are taking too long and some not even working at all. i dont want to let it go untreated and it gets worse...it really messes with my life. and natural ways? or if not do you think i should take meds? do the good outweigh the bad??? help me please!! i have tried almost everything.

if the natural way just aren't working...
than yes

but if you don't think you're quite ready
than maybe you should wait

than again...
if you really feel you need it
you need to do it before it get worse
or you end up hurting yourself

...so many people avoid admiting
what's going on
or what they're doing to themselves
...or someone else

...i don't know you
but i don't want even you to get
hurt b/c someone didn't speek up
and say what may could change or
even save someone life

If you truly feel that your symptoms are not going away and you want to find relief from them, then go to your doctor so he can prescribe the right antidepressant for you because it is he who may know your medical history and tell you if you really need to take one. Taking antidepressants is a serious decision to ponder on since you may be stuck taking them for several months to a year, and even have a hard time getting off it. So try to decide whether you really need it or not. Hope this helps!
