Is it dangerous to combine a dopamine reuptake inhibitor and a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor?

Hi, i suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder, and my doctor has prescribed Cilift 20mg, I have been using this medication for 2weeks, but me and my doctor are sure that I suffer from a dopamine deficiency as well, feeling exhausted regardless of how much I sleep, I really struggle to concentrate and I feel empty, no emotion except for anxiety which is caused by the serotonin deficiency. I want to get better asap, so I'm just wondering if combining a serotonin reuptake inhibitor with a dopamine reuptake inhibitor could be dangerous..

Combining a serotonin reuptake inhibitor with a dopamine reuptake inhibitor is safe since they act on two different substances. In fact, tricyclic antidepressants act on both serotonin and dopamine.
