I have BPD, can i self medicate with weed, antidepressants dont work for me, make me dizzy and nausea.?

With BPD you shouldn't be on SSRIs or SNRIs; you should be on Ambien or something similar. Antidepressants can aggravate your mania. I'd self medicate with whatever worked, until I get to the doctor and get the right med for me. I hope you find a med either way that controls your illness. I kind of like using pot for the mania because it's fast acting; you don't have to wait 2 weeks to feel the effect.

have u tried depakote, lamictal or lithium. those r the three most popular for people with bpd. i don't think those r antidepressants. i would try again.

pot calms u down but not for that long..and its expensive. People use it for so many reasons,try it.
