Has anyone had any trouble staying off antidepressant pills?

Ive been off pills for a month now,I dont want to take them forever,ok they are beneficial to me,to a certain extent.But Ive had a few days not coping well at all recently.I dont know whether I need to start taking them again or not,I am reluctant to,I expect my doctor will tell me,what the best thing to do is.
I feel a lot better now,but its just a matter of time before I get another episode.

I had depression before and was on ADs. After i came off them after a while i had a bad few days and took st johns wort and that helped plus exercise.

Everyone is different, best to speak to your dr for advice and explain to him how you are feeling.

That was a few years ago, i am now back on ADs but for panick attacks/anxiety.

Tell your doctor how you are feeling and he will help you out.i have been on meds a long time and I need them.
