The sexual side effects (this is a problem for some, but not all users of SSRIs) will go away after discontinuing the medication.

Wellbutrin is an excellent antidepressant without sexual side effects. If you still have a need for ADs after you are married/sexually active, you and your doctor may want to consider it as an alternative.
