What antidepressants don't come with major side effects?

my doctor told me to do my research on lexapro but iv'e seen symptoms like not being able to orgasm, weight gain, and insomnia. i'm 16 and 1. i'm not really sure what to think about the sex drive symptom 2. in highschool appearance is obviously important and 3. i already suffer insomnia(for example, posting this at 12:30 and probably gunna stay up till 2)
