i have been taking it for 6 months and in that period i have developed chest pain dizziness numbness of limbs head/neck pain joint pain and weight gain i was diagnosed with blood in my urin when i was put on it and supposed high bp do u think the pill could be the cause im 20 years old and seemed to be in fair health 6'2 200lbs bike or walk daily and eat fairly well

I was on lisinopril and I developed a cough. So, I changed to Mycardis. It is more expensive, but all of my systems went away. You should make an appt with your dr. to discuss these side effects. He/She may want to put you on a different medication. Good luck!

You need to go back and talk to the doctor about that problem. You may be one of the unlucky few who are allergic to this medication.
