Does it effect lisinopril blood pressure medication pills if you leave the cap/lid off the top for a long time

The other day, I realized that there was a small hole in the cap/lid of my prescription bottle for lisinopril. Is this hole going to effect the pills? I am worried about this and need to stop worrying because it is bad for my blood pressure. Thank you and please help!

With the container open, you expose the pills to air & some amount of moisture. The pills may deteriorate in time.
