took much spironolactone,more than i should.what to do now
i take this drug once a day,100 mgs each day.but last night i mistakenly took 4 tablets at once.after 40 minutes i vomitted but a friend of me said i should see a doctor.i didn't do that.but now i have a terrible ache with my kidneys what should i do?

Look on the packet for the drugs, look for a poison control number or something, you may have severe kidney damage!
Sorry if i'm not really helpful, but you need to get help immediately, look on the packet of the drugs for help numbers.
Worst comes to worst, call 911.
But it depends on what the drug is and what it does, Regardless, look for information on the packet.
