If you are worried if you'd get immediately hypertensive after withdrawal of lisinopril, no you won't. Abrupt withdrawal of lisinopril has not been associated with a rapid increase in blood pressure. Others say they experience irritability, headaches after withdrawal of lisinopril but it was not proven to be a part of the withdrawal symptoms of the said drug.
