When first taking spironolactone for acne, must there be monthly doctor appointments like when taking accutane
And has any women out there had great success curing their acne with spironolactone? It's supposed to help with hormonal acne. I would be happy to hear that this is an effective treatment besides accutane.

spironalactone inhibits androgen production. Must be something new for acne treatment. there are many search websites on spironolactone + acne. I'd be a bit leery of this for now.
