I am a 37 year old women who has to take diuretics, also called water pills, they make me need to urinate very frequently, I have to go on average every 25-40 minutes, but we have a family vacation comming up in a few weeks, if along the way we are in a traffic jam or just far from a rest stop what can I do to either contain myself or to releif myself?
