The main cause for infertility caused by male is due to decreased count of sperm or inadequate healthy and motile sperms.
This has not been reported with Lisinopril.
Have a semen analysis done. If the sperm count is in normal limits and motile and healthy sperms are above 50 percent then most probably the infertility problem is not from the husbands side.
Impotence and decreased libido are seen in clinical trials involving Lisinopril. You can suggest your husband to consult a doctor or ask if there are any alternative medications which doesn't have that side effect.
