what would happen if the chemotherapy drugs got on to your skin?
and why
I know what chemotherapy is, and how it is administered, i'm on it. but it's like a what if question.
they should not be getting onto your skin. They are usually through IV or sometimes pills. I would think if they somehow got onto your skin, it might burn? But, I am not positive. Thats just my guess.
it's impossible to happen. Chemo drugs are either pills, or liquid drugs that go right into your veins, via an IV drip. That's what I do once a week, so I know.
