Are there any alternative cancer treatments besides chemotherapy and radiotherapy
Not any of this alternative medicine crap but actual scientific treatment for cancer (any type of cancer) other than chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

immunotherapy
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cancer_immunotherapy

biological therapy, laser, hyperthermia treatment, and targeted cancer treatments.

all info is here.. http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/treatment/types-of-treatment

and of course surgery by itself can sometimes work, or a bone marrow or stem cell transplant but those generally require chemo beforehand.

The terms Chemo and radiotherapy are broad terms. You need to research the specific drugs and protocols for the particular cancer. There are also many drugs being researched in clinical trials that if they show promise will be offered by the oncologist.

The best approach is research and seeking out the experts on the particular cancer. Then you know you are getting the best treatment available.
