If a male child receives chemotherapy, will he be a sterile adult
- The child was prepubescent during the treatment (7 years of age)

Weird I asked this question myself! Here's the most helpful site I found: http://patient.cancerconsultants.com/SideEffects.aspx?DocumentId=23180

Basically there's no hard and fast rule. Some chemos are more likely to cause it than others, but many go on to have kids without a problem! Best bet is to get tested.
