I just finished my last cycle of chemotherapy, how long will it take for...
...my hair to start growing back? I have been on chemo for three months for hodgkins disease. I lost most of my hair and I cant wait for it to come back. I am scared that the bald spots wont grow back. Is there anything I can do to make it grow back sooner and when will it start growing again!?

When I completed my last chemo treatment I asked the nursing staff if they noticed any hair growth yet? I shaved my head when it started falling out so that it would all grow back evenly. It came back nice and thick and curly, like when I was a kid but eventually went back to it's normal fine hair with a little wave. It will probably seem thicker at first because the hair folicles have all had a rest instead of some growing, some resting, some falling out like normal. You just have to be patient. Hair normally only grows 1/2 inch a month.
