Mystic L is on a distinguished road
how effective is chemotherapy on pancreatic cancer?
I found a source that said chemotherapy is not effective at all for pancreatic cancer- however this claim is outdated (1990).

Has anyone a more recent source of information answering this question? Please reference a source is you can, becuase i need it for the paper i am writing. Preferably as new as possible (up to date)

Thanks

Hi Mystic. I found a site which may help you with your question. It was updated last Feb 2007, so it should be better than the one last 1990. It doesn't really say that chemo is totally ineffective in pancreatic cancer, rather the site explained how doctors & researchers are onducting trial to find better ways to improve treating pancreatic cancer patients with chemotherapy with new types of drugs or combining it with radiotherapy. Here's the site: What's new in pancreatic cancer?
