Most of the time, hair loss after chemotherapy is temporary. It takes four to six weeks for your hair to recover from chemotherapy. In general, you can expect about a quarter inch of growth each month. However, you may notice a change in color or texture in the new batch of hair that grows. Don't worry, these changes are also temporary.
