Chemotherapy - cyclical or progressive?
I've got lymphoma and have had my first chemo treatment. I get my next one Friday. I'm wondering if chemo is cyclical or progressive. That is, will this treatment be worse than the first one, or will it be about the same? Is treatment three worse than two? Four worse than three, etc.?

I was very lucky, didn't have much problem with the first round, and if the treatment is not progressive, then I should have the same experience this time, I'm hoping. Seems like day 8 and 9 were the worst, and today, I feel almost like I'm not ill.

I'd also like to thank all those nice folks who wished me well earlier, it really helped.

Chemotherapy is cyclical. But the effects vary depending on your body. It is good that you are able to withstand its effects.

Hope this helps.
