what is the role of clinical pharmacists in chemotherapy ?

i heard that clinical pharmacists who work in hospitals have a role in chemotherapy
do they have contact with patients?
are they the ones who give the chemotherapy sessions?
and if u have extra details i would be glad to hear thanks for your help
