My wifes having her last chemotherapy today , and in a weeks time i would like to take her away on the train ?

for a week or so visiting a few places around the UK any idears please.

any ideas as to where to go, how about around Cornwall, by the sea, there are stunning views, and fresh air, and this time of year won't be too busy. Norfolk is lovely too, try Blakeney, which is a lovely village and plenty along the coast there like Wells-next-sea and Cley, charming and also quieter now the tourists have gone home

play it by ear would be my advice as i would always be feeling really ill for 2 weeks after my chemo.she might just want to curl up in bed.if you do take her away then have a great time.the isle of wight is nice,also cornwall is lovely and peaceful.

Chester, York, Bristol, Plymouth,Edinburgh, Lake District, South Coast. All places of interest. Good to hear that she has ended the therapy and can hopefully get back to a real life again. At times like this it really makes you appreciate each other. Take care of her as she is precious.
