Chemotherapy for a brain tumor?

Glioblastoma to be specific. I had a couple of questions.:

How soon after surgery will chemotherapy and radiation begin?
Where is the chemo administered? At home or in the hospital?
Are there any plans and regiments that are more likely to be used?
