There may be a couple of reasons for this:
First, there has been an error in results given. Lab results are always prone to human error.
Secondly, it may be a rare reaction to the medication, especially if this is the first time that they have taken it.
Or, it may probably be that because of the decrease in WBC, the Hgb became easier to detect, thus higher count. I would suggest a repeat in lab works to confirm the results.
