Zyprexa ( Olanzapine) Vs Seroquel

which one is more potent? which one helps more with sleep?
which one wont mess me up? lol
i got bp2 and am very sensetive to high dosages

Ive taken both of these and still take Seroquel. Seroqueal will help you sleep very well actually, I dont recall Zyprexa having a sleep affect. I am bp1 take your meds love, its not worth it to go through all the hassles of mood swings.
