There is nothing wrong with taking Seroquel after having a gastric bypass surgery. A reason why you feel nothing has happened yet is because since you have just started taking this medication, its levels in your blood need to rise first to get a response from your body. It will probably take a few days before it kicks in your system, depending on your body's metabolism. Should it not work after a few days, you can go back to your doctor to check on your dosage.
