Could Seroquel or Marijuana use before I found out I was pregnant have caused my miscarriage

I found out I was pregnant 3 weeks ago, only 2 days after my Grandma's funeral. I thought this was a blessing since my Grandma had just passed. I immediately stopped taking my seroquel, which I take for my BiPolar Disorder. I was also smoking marijuana and also stopped this. I do not smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol, however I did a shot of szambuca (I don't know how to spell that, lol) with my mom the day of the funeral. I just miscarried on Tuesday and I am devastated. But more importnantly, I blame myself. Everyone is telling me that it could not have been my fault and that these things just happen, but could either the seroquel, marijuana or that shot of liquor have been the cause? Please help! This is also my second miscarriage. My last one was over 5 years ago and I have one child who is 8.

Our bodies have a interesting way of protecting us and our unborns, know that early in pregnancy is the most sensitive time. No I don;'t think the med/alcohol/pot did it, rather than stress. Just know it happens, no real fault except for mother nature. Love your 8 year old, and take better care of your self
